Wisconsin School Day Milk Program for grades Pre-K - 5
Two payment options available: Full Year or Semester

Full year payment for grades K-5 = $67.60
Semester only payment for grades K-5 = $35.20

Full year payment for grades EC & Pre = $54.00
Semester only payment for EC & Pre = $28.40

Free or reduced priced meal applications are available in the school's Food Service Offices. A new form must be completed each year. Return completed applications to the Food Service Office at the WLC. Full price must be paid for meals until the application is processed and approved for free or reduced price meals.
